What counts as an active player?+
A non-archived player in your current FlickID season. A player in several teams counts once.
Do coaches, volunteers or parents cost anything?+
No. They are unlimited and free on every plan.
What if we grow mid-season?+
Nothing changes. Your price is set at invoicing and reviewed at renewal.
Can we start with just our top age groups?+
Yes. Activate those players first and expand later.
Is there a maximum price?+
Academy is priced per active player with no maximum, so the price tracks the size of your program. Club is capped at $2,500 AUD a year.
What’s the difference between one year and two?+
A two-year Academy commitment uses the $45 rate instead of $55 per active player. Either way, you are billed annually in advance. Club is always annual with no commitment.
What if we need to leave during a two-year term?+
The remaining term reverts to the one-year rate for the period used. You are never charged for time you do not use.
What is a Launchpad, and is it included?+
A Launchpad is your club’s public hub for fixtures, results, announcements and useful links. Academy includes it and its template setup. Club customers can purchase one separately.
Who owns our data, and where is it stored?+
Your club owns its data.
Does this replace Squadi?+
No. Clubs can connect reviewed Squadi competition data where the club has supplied the required public connection details. Squadi remains the competition source of truth.
How does testing and medical data access work?+
Availability status is visible to staff, performance results to coaches, and full clinical detail only to authorised practitioners. Access is logged.
Is GST included?+
No. All prices exclude GST.
